RECRUITMENT PROCESS/METHODOLOGY
By following our unique recruiting methodology with the help of technology, Tier1 IT receives weekly activity reports from proven IT consultants. These communications do not come from any job board or technology broker but from actual consultants who have worked for us on prior assignments. We capture and update each consultant’s availability, location, technical skills, and salary requirements, to name a few. With this constant update of candidate information, Tier1 IT provides our clients with an accurate pipeline of proven consultants for both current and future assignments. Tier1 IT believes that long term relationships and constant contact are the keys to both our clients’ and consultants’ success.

- Tier1 IT ensures that all candidates are thoroughly screened prior to an assignment. All screenings include technical testing, reference and background checks (criminal/drug).
- Tier1 IT’s responsibility to each client not only includes our candidate’s ability to perform technically, but to also represent himself/herself in a professional and ethical manner.
- Once a contractor is onsite, we follow up weekly for the life of the project with both the consultant and client to ensure success.
